What the FCC needs to do is make available mid-band spectrum, which is what the rest of the world is doing. That will certainly help rural communities and probably all of us.

There's a problem, which we recently saw with Microsoft e-book readers, where if you download a digital book but then the company discontinued the reader you can lose the book. You wouldn't lose a physical book. So a little bit of a controversy this week.
