Alexander C. Kaufman is an award-winning writer and senior reporter who has covered geopolitics, energy, and climate change for over a decade. He's a regular guest on the BBC World Service and has appeared on broadcasters around the world. He most recently served as a senior staff reporter at HuffPost, and previously worked for the International Business Times, The Wrap, and The Boston Globe. A fourth-generation New Yorker, Alex lives in southern Brooklyn with his wife.
