When addressing a group of students last fall, Vladimir Putin likely knew that he would not be that leader. The lines have been drawn and the geopolitical scramble to harness the power of AI- this generation's Space Race - is well underway.
It's the United States vs China and - at least for the moment - it's anyone's bet.
