He is president and founder of Eurasia Group, the world's leading political risk research and consulting firm, and GZERO Media, a company dedicated to providing intelligent and engaging coverage of international affairs. Ian is an independent voice on critical issues around the globe, offering clearheaded insights through speeches, written commentary, and even satirical puppets (really!).

Cliff Kupchan, Chairman, Eurasia Group

Cliff Kupchan is Eurasia Group's chairman, as well as director of research and leader of the firm's global macro coverage. Cliff has held high-level positions in the US government and regularly meets top foreign leaders. He provides cutting-edge insights on political risk. Cliff has been a leading expert on international relations for more than two decades—in academia, as a US official, and in the private sector—and he speaks frequently to private and public sector audiences. He regularly briefs clients on macro developments and is co-author of Eurasia Group's annual Top Risks publication.

Anna Ashton, Director, China Corporate Affairs and US-China, Eurasia Group

Anna Ashton examines the business implications of policy developments in China and of US policy toward China. She has significant expertise in China-related trade and economic analysis and advocacy. Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Anna served as a senior fellow at the Asia Society Policy Institute and was vice president of government affairs for the US-China Business Council, representing the council in engagements with the policy community, the press, and the public.

Franck Gbaguidi, Senior Analyst, Climate, Energy & Resources, Eurasia Group

As a member of Eurasia Group's Energy, Climate & Resources practice, Franck helps public and private sector organizations understand evolving sustainability trends and supports them in the design of solutions that turn political risks into opportunities. Rob Kahn, Managing Director, Global Macro-Geoeconomics , Eurasia Group

Robert's research focuses on macroeconomic policies and the transmission of shocks throughout the global economy. For much of his career he has also studied the resolution of sovereign debt crises and financial distress, including the role of debt restructuring. Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Robert was an economic consultant and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
